Motivational Speaker

Motivational speaking engagements focus on telling my educational success story. I was not the best student or athlete. Still, I found a way to fund my college education by applying to the college that was the best fit for me, and I applied for countless scholarships and was awarded multiple scholarships, year over year. I tell this story about how I achieved success to motivate students to believe in themselves and their ability to succeed.

Workbooks

The workbook provides information about how post-secondary educational funding works. Students learn the various types of non-government funding options. Students are guided from choosing a college major and career path to selecting the best-fit college options.

The workbooks show students how to create individual student profiles, select post-secondary schools to apply to, write scholarship essays and recommendation letters, and use best practices for applying for various scholarship types.

By the end of the fillable workbook, students will have created an individualized scholarship plan and use the scholarship management system.

Scholarship Management System

The scholarship management system is a pre-formatted google sheet. The management system allows students to check off completed tasks, add links to scholarship websites, sort by category, add calendar reminders, and invite others to help you complete tasks. This google sheet will streamline the scholarship application process by allowing students to have one place to store scholarship application information, track progress, and stay on top of tasks required to complete scholarship application processes.
